* Limited Product Warranty Term: The term of the warranty begins on the date of sale. Any untitled or preowned vehicle that is ten (10) years old or less on the applied date is eligible for a 1-year warranty and is non-transferrable.

* Limit of Liability: Liability under the warranty for repairs, covered by Simoniz 365 Exterior Protection Product Warranty, is limited to $500 for any one claim up to an aggregate of $2,500 for all claims made during the term of the warranty.
